1. Education and Clear Limits of Service#
traMADA provides education, mentoring, digital content, live formats, community features and follow-up support relating to markets, trading, risk, psychology, software and decision-making processes.
traMADA clearly defines the limits of its services and, in particular, does not provide:
- investment advice, fee-based investment advice, investment brokerage, contract brokerage, financial investment brokerage, fee-based financial investment advice or financial portfolio management,
- investment recommendations, investment strategy recommendations, trading signals, copy trading, brokerage, order acceptance, order transmission or order execution,
- management of accounts, portfolios, securities accounts, financial instruments, crypto-assets, private keys, client funds or client transactions,
- crypto-asset services such as custody or administration of crypto-assets or means of access, advice, portfolio management, placement, order acceptance, order transmission, order execution, operation of a crypto-asset trading platform, exchange services or transfer services,
- suitability or appropriateness assessments for financial instruments, crypto-assets, trading strategies, brokers or account models.
Even if markets, setups, products, tools, historical situations or live market movements are discussed in courses, calls, webinars, digital content or the community, this does not constitute a personal recommendation, a recommendation to buy or sell, a solicitation to trade, or an assessment of the suitability or appropriateness of a financial instrument, crypto-asset, broker, trading venue, account model, setup, order type, leverage, stop, target, position size or risk for your personal situation. traMADA does not provide contributions from other participants as advice, signals, copy trading or brokerage of financial instruments, crypto-assets, brokers or third-party offerings; they must not be understood or used as such.
2. Market, Leverage and Crypto Risks#
Trading and financial markets are uncertain. Prices can fluctuate rapidly, significantly and unexpectedly. Past performance, historical market movements, backtests, simulations or examples do not permit reliable conclusions about future results.
- partial or total loss of the capital invested,
- liquidity, execution, slippage and price-gap risks,
- technical failures, data errors and platform risks,
- issuer, counterparty, custody and insolvency risks,
- currency, interest-rate, tax, legal and regulatory risks,
- stress, pressure from losses, overtrading and misjudgment.
Leveraged products, margin trading, futures, options, CFDs, forex, certificates, crypto-assets, tokens, wallets, DeFi protocols, trading venues, bridges, staking or lending models can give rise to additional risks: rapid amplification of losses, margin call obligations, forced liquidation, lack of negative balance protection, cyberattacks, fraud, protocol errors, provider insolvency, market manipulation, tax consequences and irreversible transactions.
Regulation may cover certain providers or products, but it does not eliminate these risks entirely and is no substitute for your own assessment of the specific provider, product and account model.
3. Examples and Testimonials#
Historical examples, hypothetical scenarios, chart markings, sample calculations, simulated trades, paper trading, replay data, backtests or live market observations are educational examples. They account for actual execution, liquidity, emotions, costs, taxes, slippage, data quality and individual risk exposure only to a limited extent.
Experience reports, testimonials, case studies, screenshots or statements about past developments do not constitute a promise of comparable results. Individual examples may be atypical. Statements about profits, professional skills, payouts, account balances or economic changes are not verified, representative net results after costs, taxes, slippage, fees and risk unless the underlying evidence is expressly stated. They must always be reviewed in their immediate context, including costs, requirements and risks.
4. Software and Third-Party Providers#
traMADA may mention or demonstrate tools, data feeds, brokers, platforms, software, data sources or other third-party offerings. Such references are no substitute for your own review of the contractual terms, costs, data quality, regulation, account classification, termination rights and risks. Third-party providers may experience outages, delay data, change rules, reject orders, block accounts or have their own fees, conflicts of interest and risk limits. traMADA does not guarantee acceptance or activation, particular terms or continued availability of use with third-party providers.
5. Personal Responsibility, Law and Health#
Every trading or investment decision is the client's sole responsibility. Determine for yourself whether the product, market, broker, strategy, position size, costs and risk are appropriate for your financial situation, experience, capacity to bear losses and objectives. Do not trade with money whose loss would jeopardize your livelihood, obligations, family, business or health.
The tax and legal consequences of trading can be complex and may change. traMADA's content is no substitute for individual legal or tax advice. Clients must not disclose inside information or confidential order, account, client or project data through traMADA; initiate or promote insider dealing or pass on recommendations based on inside information; spread misleading rumors; or prepare or promote market manipulation, unlawful arrangements or prohibited trading practices.
Content relating to trading psychology, discipline, stress or routines constitutes general educational content and is no substitute for medical, psychotherapeutic, psychological health, addiction or crisis counseling. traMADA does not make diagnoses, does not treat diseases, illnesses, disorders with clinical significance, addiction or crisis situations, and does not provide psychotherapy or other medical treatment. Trading-related education, community formats and risk information are not intended for minors.
6. No Guarantee of Success#
traMADA does not owe any specific trading or investment results. Participation in traMADA offerings and the use of content, platforms or tools do not guarantee a profit, better performance or a professional or economic change. traMADA's liability is governed by the statutory provisions and the agreed contractual terms. This risk disclosure does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
